Many thanks Patrick for undertaking the recent work on our hallway, stairs and landing (that had not been decorated for at least 30 years!) From your initial visit to quote for the work, you provided us with options (a possible tidy up job, or the full works, to include having all plastered areas re plastered, replacing architraves and skirtings) We decided to go for the full works. This also included redesigning the area under the stairs, enclosing messy wiring and building a cupboard around the electric meter. You also took on extra jobs (repairs to two ceilings that were water damaged a couple of years ago).
Patrick is punctual, friendly, hard working, trustworthy and takes great pride in his work. We will contact him again in the future for other projects that need doing.Owner response

Patrick and team spent 5 weeks at our property doing floor to ceiling re-decoration. Reliable, dependable, always a word of advice for things that need attention, Patrick saved the day numerous times with cracks management, skirting, coving, ceiling overboarding, pointing at things in the property i never noticed need TLC… amazing gentleman working on time and budget, singing and smilling all day !

Patrick helped decorate our extension of 5 rooms that were left as plastered walls from the initial build. His work rate was second to none, prepping, sanding and then coating to a professional quality as expected. Attention to detail is second to none, and even helped me laying the laminate floor in between! Top bloke with an amazing work ethic.

Patrick provided a very good service for the internal decorating of a bedroom which had not been touched for many years. The old and damaged plaster required removal from the walls and ceiling followed by full re-plastering. Patrick arranged for this to be undertaken very promptly and kept us informed throughout the process before completing the painting of walls, ceiling and woodwork to a very good standard. We were more than happy to leave him in the house and he is entirely trustworthy. Thank you Patrick.- Positive

If I had to sum up Patrick from Top Coat-Painting & Decorating Services in three words, they'd be, hardworking, quality finish, punctual, value and trustworthy.
Hey, I know that's more than three words, but 3 words isn't nearly enough to describe the quality of workmanship that Patrick demonstrated when he recently decorated my home office. Professional, tidy and thorough would be another three. The only downside if that his top work has made the rest of the house look scruffy and unloved! I'm sure we'll be getting Patrick back in for our next home renovation project.Owner response

Fantastic work, so precise, thorough and a pleasure to have work in the house. The playroom looks incredible and I can’t wait for my son to start playing in it (will add some pictures when carpet is in and furniture all built). Will definitely be getting Patrick back for all future decorating jobs. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Patrick!!!

Would definitely recommend. Our living room is finally a living room and a room we can all relax in. Patrick was very thorough on the ceiling and walls, he boxed in pipes and put new skirting round the room. Was tidy and clean the whole time and very punctual. He squeezed us in at last moment due to our daughter meant to be having an operation and we just wanted the room to be as comfy as possible and he has made it more than that. To top it off he was even fantastic with our daughter, she took a right shine to him and he never ignored her.

Patrick is really amazing at what he does and a super friendly guy! You can trust him to just get on with the job and go out and about to do whatever you need to do. The painting and decorating is amazing and finished to a really high standard. Will definitely be using him for future projects! Thanks Patrick! X

Can definitely recommend, they painted the exterior of mine and my neighbours houses, the finish looks great. No doubt we were lucky with the weather, but they worked hard, kept me fully informed and were professional. I’ve had many tradesmen working at my house over the last year and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Would definitely use again.
